Yes to you, yes to your beauty, creativity, love, and divinity. A commitment to honor that fully and unapologetically.

It doesn’t matter what you do afterwards. All that’s necessary is that you begin there, seeing yourself wholly and holy, exactly the way you are in this moment.

Feel that.

Then let the universe guide you to your next step.

No pretty band-aids or fluffy decorations to hide what’s in the dark. Expose all of it, honor your timing, and let your life begin.

Two Updates

1) Group Offerings: In my last newsletter, I said I’d be offering my Self-Love ? Course again this fall. However, through honestly practicing what I preach, I realized that I needed to put a pause on that to give myself space for my big move out of NYC. If you’ve worked with me in the past, an alternative option is to join  my Monthly Mastery Series, a 3-month program of monthly session with a supportive group of like-hearted individuals. I’ve been amazed by the beauty this format offers. 2) Also, as you may have noticed, I no longer offer the option to book individual sessions on my website. In addition to refining my group offerings, I’m thrilled to share that I’ve restructured my one-on-one sessions to work more deeply, over a committed period of time with fewer clients. If you’re interested in that level of commitment, please let me know. There’s an application here, which can be a great exercise in and of itself, and we can get on a call to see if this work is the right fit.
