She’s a co-founder of The Huffington Post, founder and CEO of Thrive Global, and author of fifteen books, and she’s on Time Magazine’s list of the world’s 100 most influential people and the Forbes Most Powerful Women list.

Yowsah! Arianna does not hold back.

She worked herself so hard that she collapsed from exhaustion at her desk and woke up in a pool of blood with a broken cheekbone.

But… she did a complete turnaround, dove into better self care, and started spreading the message that burnout is not the key to success!

Are you pushing yourself too hard?

 

I know you’re capable of so much, but if you’re pushing for the wrong reasons, you’ll collapse too.

 

Have you been there? I have! Not just once, but in my 20s, 30s, and 40s.

Hold up…also in my teens when I was hyper-ventilating into a paper bag backstage at a dress rehearsal for a dance recital. La di da…

It’s usually a sign of PERFECTIONISM!

And you can change it!

Mine decreased as my business and personal success grew. (They go hand in hand!)
