I want to talk to you about four ways that can raise your vibration immediately.

I’ve been studying vibes (vibrations) for a while, and want to share what I’m working with right now to keep my vibes high on the regular.

#2 – Get angry. What?!? Didn’t you just say “nicetime”? Yup, and get angry.

A natural function of anger is that it makes things move. A person can make decisions, take action, be very clear, and set boundaries. The problem is that people try to bypass anger often because they’ve only experienced dysfunctional and misdirected uses of anger.

Check out Abraham-Hicks’ emotional scale:

According to Abraham-Hicks, a person in Fear (#22) can’t expect to jump to Freedom (#1) instantly. There’s a progression. where feeling anger is actually a higher vibration than anything below it, and may be a very necessary component to move higher in this scale.

A person often has a lot to work out before they can get to an experience of Freedom and Love. It’s helpful to see that as the “adventure of life!” The more you know the steps, the more incredible your dance of life becomes. Let your journey be full of wonder. Life truly is an all-inclusive dance.

#3 – Get grateful

Gratitude immediately elevates your vibrations. What if you try seeing that there is a gift in everything? Even the challenges are here to show you another way to live your life and make different choices. Thank the goddesses for those tough lessons. Gratitude helps you get to the vibration of seeing the other choices you can make.

#4 – Get dimensional

Turn on some music. Try on a different outfit for the day. Walk down the street backwards for a bit, or while looking up at the sky (carefully)! Take another route home in your car. Adding another dimension to your life can lift you up from your normal routine and literally break you out of the box to create something new.
