We live in a very challenging world, which maybe more so now than ever, creates a tremendous amount of pressure for us to do things perfectly, to look a certain way, and to say the right thing.

We could sum it up easily with this question…

How many likes did you get?

First of all, those pressures are 100% false. Let’s throw them in the trash.

And, if we bring in the fantastic Law of Polarity (one of the 7 fundamental Universal Laws I use with my clients), there’s also an incredible opportunity here right alongside all of this pressure.

Your heart is going to be very happy to hear this. (Hint…did someone say freak flag??)

The best antidote to all this pressure is to just do YOU.

At its core it’s that simple.

But it does take a bit of work because it’s not the message most people were given from birth.

So we stuff ourselves into the most suffocating boxes that are actually killing our joy, creative expression, and prosperity.

And the world suffers the loss of a beautiful spirit.

The most important thing I want you to know is that…

YOU ARE 100% SUPPORTED BY BEING YOUR 100% AUTHENTIC SELF.

Would you say that needs a repeat? I would!

Your authentic self is designed to be supported in this world.

As untrue as that may feel at times, it’s completely the truth.

And once you start to live into that, you’ll see just how true and freeing that is.

Now let’s get to it. Your joy, prosperity, and even the best expression of your health are right on the other side of your YES to YOU.
