“The essence of all beautiful art, all great art, is gratitude.”
― Friedrich Nietzsche
“Cultivate the habit of being grateful for every good thing that comes to you, and to give thanks continuously. And because all things have contributed to your advancement, you should include all things in your gratitude.”
― Ralph Waldo Emerson
If there’s one kind of attitude I like, it’s an attitude of gratitude.
Gratitude is one of the quickest ways to get out of a slump.
Place one hand over your heart center and take some deep breaths focusing on something for which you are truly grateful. Do this for 3 minutes, and you will boost your feel-good hormones and immune system and replace stress with more coherence and emotional balance.*
Thank you for reading. Thank you for your interest in this work. Thank you for inviting me to be a part of your healing journey. Even if you haven’t had a session yet, reading the emails and tapping in the formulas is part of the journey! And if you haven’t had a session, what are you waiting for?
BOOK A SESSION!
People have asked me if doing sessions is draining or if it’s “too much” to hear about what they’re going through.
I tell them that every session is a gift.
I get excited for my clients when they walk out the door because I know their lives will be changing for the better. I learn from each and every session I do, and I end my session days with some serious gratitude for you.
In appreciation for you!
Love,
Michelle
Session for Gratitude and Appreciation
Spinal Balance
boosting the balance, poise and efficiency of your spine
linking to
Buchu, an herb that aids muscular aches
linking to
“Joy flows through every cell of my body.”
Plus!
Balancing a thought interference of “It can’t be this easy.”
– TAP OUT –
Tap gently over your head brain, your heart center, and your gut brain (around your navel) as you take deep breaths.
As you tap, imagine that your spine is floating. Rather than being rigid or compressed, each vertebra of the spine can have the space it needs. All the muscles, tendons and ligaments can loosen and adjust to support and align your spinal column. The cerebral spinal fluid around your spine and brain bathes you in calmness and spaciousness, and your blood, lymph, and nerve circulation can branch out to support and reach your entire body. That feels good already!
We’re bringing in the properties of the herb buchu to allow muscular pains to melt away.
Repeat out loud 5 times with some deep breaths: “Joy flows through every cell of my body.”
Finally, we’re balancing the mind’s interfering thought that “It can’t be this easy!” Your whole system is ready to acknowledge that “Yes, it can be this easy.”
Breathe in some gratitude for the gift of life, exhale deeply and enjoy!
