I’ve just spent an entire week diving into the quantum field in Cancun, Mexico with about 1600 people.

So I’m excited to share some good info with you this weekend!

(History note: I began exploring the quantum realm nearly 15 years ago when I became an energy medicine practitioner and also used all the science as research for my choreography).

The reason this is all so important for YOU is because the quantum field contains every possibility, and YOU HAVE ACCESS TO ALL OF IT.

I know this may seem like I’m getting on a woo woo soapbox.

I get it.

I was in Vancouver for training in 2011 when a woman kept saying to me, “Michelle, you can have anything you want.”

Those words stuck out like a sore thumb and are still burned in my memory over 10 years later.

So… I dare you to believe this…

“You can have anything you want.”

But first you need this background info to understand how to shift things…

We all have a threshold for what we allow into our lives.

It’s like a program we acquired as a kid that says “you can only have so much _______.”

(Fill in the blank… dessert, fun, time, money, love, etc.)

It’s based on a perception of safety…rules we were programmed to believe that aren’t based in truth.

We ALL learned a version of this that limits our current experience of life.

Because the closer we get to the thing we consciously want, the louder the resistance gets, and we talk (or rationalize) ourselves away from the very thing we desire.

As an adult, you’ll face this when you can’t breakthrough to your next level of income, happiness, intimacy, or success.

But remember, YOU can have anything you want.

The quantum model states that you are the co-creator of your reality. It challenges our long history with Newtonian physics which states that matter creates matter.

I won’t go into too much science in this post. Rather, let’s get practical with a few steps you can start with:

1 – First, you must BELIEVE it’s possible for you, and you can’t stop believing! [There’s real truth in Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin’”!] As soon as you stop, the game’s over. That’s why it’s helpful to have someone else who’s done what you want and can also see your full potential while you build your belief.

2 – Bring your will and passion to the task. Remember, some part of you subconsciously thinks you’re safe without as much happiness, joy, success, abundance, or health as you consciously want. Your willpower and passion help blast you through this resistance.

3 – Be JOY-FILLED right now. You don’t have to wait for a joyful event in your life to have more joy in your life. This is the quantum model. If you feel joy now, regardless of your external circumstances, you will draw more joyful experiences to you.

So… what if you let those thoughts marinate in your mind, body, and soul?

Do you dare to believe that something greater is possible for you?

If YES, allow the opportunities to show up and don’t talk yourself out of them.

Say YES to possibility, and NO to limitation.

Because YOU are limitless, powerful, beautiful, and divine.

Now’s your time to consciously step into that truth. Get the help you need. Believe 1000% in love, abundance, health, connection and it WILL SHOW UP.

I dare you to believe that.
