You don’t have to second guess yourself.
You can stop asking everyone else what they think.
You can start trusting the clarity that’s already inside you.
But that’s not how most of us were taught to live, especially when we’re trying to create big breakthroughs in our lives.
We override. We analyze. We spin in our heads. We disconnect—from our bodies, our truth, our sense of grounded presence.
I’ve done this too! I’ve made big leaps in my work—with my soul out of alignment. It looked good from the outside… but inside, it sucked!
What I’ve learned is this:
Your nervous system is the bridge between your body and your soul.
When it’s dysregulated, it’s hard to hear your truth. But when it’s regulated and tuned in, something opens. You get a b-line to your inner knowing. You feel what’s right.
