I flew to Europe with a one-way ticket right after moving from Montana in early July. (This is how I roll — I did the same thing for Bali earlier this year!)

My first stop was Teacher Training in feminine/masculine embodiment and sexual polarity with John Wineland in Spain, which I’ll likely be in for the next three years. And yes, the training has already brought more passion, depth, and Eros into my client work. 

Next, I landed at my friend Therese’s home in Portugal for a month. Therese is a master of intuition and one of my OG BodyTalk colleagues from 2008. We geek out on energy healing, consciousness, spirituality, and becoming crones! Stay tuned for some exciting projects we’ll be sharing in the future.

Then intuition told me I had one more stop before flying back to the US…

I called my new friend Kate Joyner, whom I met in John’s Teacher Training. Kate is a master of feminine embodiment, Eros, soul initiation, and connection to the natural world.

This was it! Kate was hosting an off-grid retreat in Crete that started right at the end of my Portugal time. So I said yes to attend and assist her for 5 days in the mountains, communing with the Divine Her through embodiment practices and ritual with the natural world. #synchronicity

One of my biggest takeaways?

Eros is what will take us deeper in every area of life — relationships, business, health, and more.

If you’ve been in my rooms, you know I like to go deep. 😉
