I hear a lot of people say they’re super interested in ONEdance, but quickly add,
“But I don’t want to turn my camera on.”
Guess what? You don’t have to!
You don’t even have to “dance” in the way you might imagine.
ONEdance is about giving yourself permission to listen to your body—and move in whatever way feels good and right for you.
The other day, I watched a ONEdance replay where I spent 20 minutes on my belly just gently shaking. That’s all my body asked for. It wasn’t “pretty.” It wasn’t performative. But it was perfect.
So why did I call it ONEdance?
Because once people give themselves the freedom to move in their own way, they usually end up enjoying it.
And because there’s a bigger truth here—we’re all part of a huge, beautiful universal “dance.”
When you find your place in it, things change.
You feel lighter and more aligned. More connected. More joyful.
It’s a dance for love. (Cheesy? Maybe. But it’s also true.😉)
